Reduce rock-chip damage
Protect high-impact painted panels from gravel, sand and road debris before the damage reaches clear coat.
Colorado Auto Tint installs premium paint protection film in Castle Rock for defense against rock chips, road grit, bug acids, winter sand and everyday driving damage.
Paint protection film, also known as PPF or clear bra, is a transparent urethane film applied to painted surfaces. It helps absorb impacts and abrasion from rocks and road debris thrown by trucks and surrounding traffic—whether you are traveling across Colorado or driving everyday streets and highways.
Protect high-impact painted panels from gravel, sand and road debris before the damage reaches clear coat.
Modern clear films are designed for high optical clarity, with gloss and matte choices available by product.
Self-healing topcoats help light surface marks soften with heat, while hydrophobic options simplify maintenance.
Start with partial-front protection, cover the complete front end, or build a custom PPF package for individual panels. Coverage can be tailored to your vehicle, paint condition, driving habits and goals.

Yes. “Clear bra” commonly refers to transparent paint protection film installed on vulnerable exterior panels, often beginning with the front bumper, hood and fenders.
No film makes paint indestructible. PPF is designed to reduce common chip, abrasion, stain and light-scratch damage, but severe impacts can still damage the film or vehicle.
Partial-front coverage protects key leading surfaces. Full-front PPF is a popular seamless option for highway and daily driving. Track Pack adds other high-impact areas, while Full Coverage protects virtually every painted panel. Custom coverage is available when you need only an individual panel, such as a bumper.
Many film systems can be coated, and some already include hydrophobic topcoats. Product compatibility and cure timing should be confirmed for the exact film installed.
For the most accurate estimate, we require an in-person visit so we can inspect the vehicle and confirm the panels and coverage needed. If you already know the exact panels and coverage you want, we may be able to prepare an estimate remotely. Clear vehicle photos from multiple angles are required with every remote estimate request.
